LOST & FOUND

If you find a lost item, please bring it to the Service Desk. If you lose something, stop by the Service Desk to see if it has been turned in. Because so many items are similar, we cannot positively identify them over the telephone. If identification is attached to an item, we will do our best to contact the owner. Items are donated to charity if they are not claimed within the following time schedule: valuable items are held in safekeeping for 30 days; non-valuable items, such as racquets and shoes, are stored for two weeks; gloves and other small items are stored for one week. The Fairlane Club is not responsible for lost items.

 

GUEST PASSES

Our Membership Department is available to arrange guest passes over the phone when you are not able to accompany your guest to the Club. Individual guest pass cards, which you can give to your guest, are also available. Please contact Member Services at (313) 313-336-4400, to arrange a guest pass.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We are pleased to introduce our new gift cards. Always in style, The Fairlane Club gift cards are perfect gifts for any occasion. Purchase any denomination from $25, and share The Fairlane Club experience. A sleek, wallet-sized gift card can conveniently be used for products and services in the Club. To purchase a gift card, stop by the Service Desk.

 

KIDS PLAYROOM

Playroom An on-premise playroom is available complimentary for children of Fairlane members. Children must be at least 3 months of age.

•  All children must be signed into a daily log.
• Sick children are not permitted.
• The child's name must be on all their belongings.
• Parents are responsible for providing diapers, a change of clothes for children who are being potty trained and finger food type snacks that the child can eat without supervision.
• Parents must remain in the Club.

LOCKERS 

A daily-use locker with key is available to members at no charge.

• Members and guests must present a membership card or a valid pass to acquire a locker key. The key must be returned at the end of the day to avoid a "lost key" charge.
• The Fairlane Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Safety boxes are available upon request.
• Permanent lockers are available for rental.
• Laundry Service and Locker Caddies are provided complimentary for permanent locker rentals.
• Towels and toiletries are provided on a daily basis free of charge.

FITNESS CENTER

The Fitness Center is available to Members only. Fitness Instructors are available during all Fitness Center hours. For admittance to the Fitness Center, present Membership Card upon entering the club.

• Children, age 14 and under, are prohibited at all times.
• Personal Training is available with a certified personal trainer for an hourly fee. Call the Service Desk for more information.
• For your safety cell phones are prohibited on the fitness floor.

GROUP EXERCISE

Classes are available to Fairalne Club Members only. Please check the schedule at the Service Desks and on our website under Health & Wellness for a description of classes. You must have a locker key as proof of Omni membership before entering the aerobics room.

• Proper fitness attire is required at all times. Shirts must be worn at all times; no bare feet, sandals, work boots or shoes that leave black markings on the floor allowed.
• No gum chewing, food or "open top" liquid containers.
• Please place dumbbells, sports cord, rubber bands, body bars, slides, steps, and risers back on racks when finished.
• No cell phones.
• No heavy perfume.

HOUSE RULES

• Membership cards must be presented - and register each time a member enters the Club.
• If you forget your membership card, you will be asked to provide identification Valid picture identification is required at that time. All guests must provide photo I.D. when registering at front desk.
• Lost or stolen cards will be replaced for a nominal fee. For your protection, all old cards are voided and cannot be used by anyone else.
• Your membership card cannot be used by family members or friends at any time.
• Membership information such as members' addresses or phone numbers may not be given out over the phone.

Children over age 3 will not be permitted in locker rooms of the opposite sex. Family changing rooms are available
