Members involved in personal
training successfully work towards their health goals and reach higher
levels of fitness by avoiding fitness plateaus. In order to deliver a
results based experience, each trainer on our staff has been selected for
his or her expertise in exercise science, health and wellness. The
Fairlane Club’s trainers are college degreed in Exercise Science,
Kinesiology, or related fields and/or have achieved certification through
one or more internationally recognized health organizations such as the
National Strength and Conditioning Association, and The American Council
on Exercise.
Whatever your health and fitness
goals, Fairlane’s training staff can guide you on your journey there. We
