From group aerobics, to yoga, to boxing and cycling, we offer a variety of group exercise programs, for beginners to advanced, led by professionally certified trainers. View the latest schedule which is updated monthly. Members are welcome to visit the classes anytime to try them out or contact the instructor in advance for more information.

Monday

Time Class Instructor Class Description
8:00am YOGALATES Lisa This class combines complimentary movements from both Yoga and Pilates for a complete core, strength, and flexibility program.
9:00am BUTTS-N-GUTS Cindy This is an intense workout from the waist down! Working the big muscles along with the abs, low back and oblique’s.
9:30am AQUA JOG Lisa A deep water workout enhancing water resistance and cardio output.
10:00am Pilates Cristy Develop long, lean muscles, flexibility and core strength through a series of mat exercises utilizing your body’s own resistance.
11:00am BASIC YOGA Lisa Basic Yoga releases the body and mind from tensions, allowing you to regain balance and energy. Recommended for everyone.
5:30pm PUMP Cheryl Total body strength training is combined with a variety of dance and step cardio intervals in this 1 hour class.
6:30pm BUTTS-N-GUTS Dave This is an intense workout from the waist down! Working the big muscles along with the abs, low back and oblique’s.

5:45am Cycling Sam A-60 minute cardio endurance challenge full of intervals, hills, jumps, and speed play. Beginners through advanced cyclists are welcome.
9:00 am Cardio Pump Kelly Fast paced high repetition class focusing on weight loss. Tone up your body with floor exercises targeting the core and use of a step and dumbbells. .
9:00am Circuit Training Al An advanced 60-minute class working your cardiovascular system. You’ll gain muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination.
9:30am HYDROTONE Catherine The three components of water exercise, strength, flexibility and muscle coordination will be stressed.
11:00am Healthy Backs Yoga Lisa/Cheryl Move through flows that strengthen muscles that give support to your posture, lengthen and relax areas that are tense and tight.
12:00pm Total Body Workout Al Build cardiovascular endurance and resistive fitness all in one. Challenge your body through the use of hand weights, stability balls, a step bench and bands.
5:30pm AB BLASTER Cheryl
Develop long, lean muscles, flexibility and core strength through a series of mat exercises utilizing your body’s own resistance.
6:00pm FULL BODY WORKOUT Cheryl
This class focuses on developing muscle toning and cardiovascular endurance utilizing free weights and stability balls.
6:30pm ZUMBA Nakia ZUMBA is a high energy, fun workout, it fuses LATIN and international music to create a one-of-a-kind workout. If you love to dance or just love to have fun this class is for you. ** Starts Jan 1st, 2012
6:35pm Basic Yoga Cheryl Appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, unwind, de-stress.

9:30am FULL BODY WORKOUT Cristy This class targets the core muscles from every angle to significantly increase strength, endurance , balance and flexibility.
11:30am CARDIO AB STRETCH Pam/Cheryl Catered to all fitness levels, incorporating cardio,

7:30am CYCLE BOOT CAMP Staff 30 minutes of intense cycling followed by 30 minute total body workout that will sharpen your edge no matter what your fitness level.
